Merchandise Returns

1. No Refund or Return after 30 days.

2. No return on special orders without prior authorization.

3. No refund on partial packages.

4. Must have copy of original receipt.

5. Must have original packaging.

6.10% Restocking fee on all returned items, unless due to a mistake made by Altamont.

7. No return or refund on Sterling Silver or Gold-filled wire after 30 days.

Returned Checks
There is a $35.00 fee for returning checks.

Shipping Information

We will ship out orders by Priority Mail unless requested by a different carrier, i.e. UPS or Federal Express. We try to process orders on the day they are received, but they may take a day or two if there are orders ahead of yours. Orders will be shipped out the day after they are processed.


We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not responsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office has insurance available at an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, but there will be a fee to cover insurance on packages above $100.00 in value.
